Today’s post about Repairing Chemically Damaged Hair through use of Olaplex 3. This incredibly simple process can help in repairing chemically damaged hair while simultaneously giving it the preventative strength to withstand coloring. Bond Maintenance is a critical part of ongoing hair coloring to prevent hair damage from the harsh chemicals.
The Process for Olaplex 3
First, wet your hair until it is towel dry only. Second, you start with apply small amounts to sections of your hair, working the product through all the way to the tip. After you have done your entire head of hair, then let sit for 10 minutes. At this point my hair almost felt hard and crunchy. Third, rinse out the product completely. In my YouTube Video I demonstrate a before and after to try to illustrate the effectiveness.
Olaplex 1 & 2?
While this product is the DIY at home version, available to the public, it is corollary to the Olaplex 1 & 2, which are commonly utilized by professionals only during whitening and coloring sessions. I’m not just doing a product review today, but a method that can be used with any of the products in a similar category, like B3 (Brazilian Bond Builder) or others. It is my hope that this post both inspires and removes fears. We need to take our hair and the maintenance of it into our hands. Nobody cares more about your hair and than you do!!
